You will develop an awareness of the 4 parts of your inner compass.
This becomes your guidance system so you can bypass the “shoulds” and comparison to others in your professional and personal life.
It’s also a strong foundation from which to create external goals.

Using your inner compass as your basis we will:
Assess what's out of alignment in your professional and personal life
Determine which upcoming sessions will address these items
Create a game plan to address the rest

We need to develop pathways to pleasure outside of work and our screens so we can recharge.
You'll experience a fun and engaging "choose your own adventure" process to go beyond the status quo and discover new customized options for joy and pleasure.

We'll pick your top friction areas, or bottlenecks, and create a game plan to create flow in each of them.
We'll draw from a mix of strategy, thought partnership, creativity, and coaching – depending on what will suit you best. -
Developing healthy boundaries allows us to flourish and become more effective.
We'll go through an exercise to identity the areas where boundaries will provide the most impact for you.
Then we'll create some items for you to begin practicing right away. -
We'll use this session to talk through any challenges and roadblocks you've experienced.
We'll troubleshoot them.
We'll acknowledge and celebrate the growth and wins you've experienced as well.
We'll complete our work together or can continue on with more integration sessions.
Between each session, you’ll have 1-3 action items to bring these insights and skills into reality. We will design these to match your capacity for implementation.
Package: $500 a month for 3 months (6 sessions)
Additional Integration Sessions may be purchased on a month-to-month basis.
